Our Stables
& Horses |
 |
Many of our
horses are Irish sport horses and our ponies are all pure bred Connemara
ponies. All the horses and ponies are
kind hearted and gentle and make for
great riding companions while on treks
and excursions.
For beginners they trek along in a
gentle pace, while for more experienced
riders you can enjoy a canter or gallop
along a green road or path. |

Horse Leasing |
No
room for a pony?
Mountain View Horse Trekking Stable & Riding Centre has
the answer!
Starting this September, we will be
leasing ponies to kids who don't have
space or facilities to do so.
We at
Mountain View supply the pony, stabling,
shoes, feed and care throughout the term
of the lease. The children are invited
on two set evenings per week to spend
one and a half hours with the pony
giving them the opportunity to groom,
muck out stables, feed the pony, go for
a pony ride in our sand-ring and
generally take care of the pony as if it
were their own.
Children must be over 8 years old. |
